Fitfusion Classes

Mornings 8am: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Evenings 5pm: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. FitFusion is a high-energy hybrid functional fitness class combining strength training, kickboxing, and functional conditioning into one powerful full-body workout. Designed for men and women of all fitness levels, this 50–60 minute class uses a HIIT circuit-style to help improve strength, fitness, endurance, coordination, and fat loss in a motivating group environment. Perfect for beginners and advanced members looking for a fun, results-driven workout.

Mornings 7am: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Mornings 8:30: Tuesday & Thursday Our Weight Training class is a focused small-group strength training session designed to help build muscle, improve strength, increase fitness, and support fat loss in a motivating environment. With a maximum of only 7 members per class, you’ll receive more individual attention and guidance throughout the 60-minute workout. Suitable for both beginners and advanced levels, this class is perfect for men and women wanting structured, results-driven training.

Time and Day on Request: At RStar Fitness, our Personal Training sessions are fully customised to help you achieve your individual fitness and wellness goals. Train with Richard or Nikita in a private, supportive environment focused on weight loss, muscle toning, strength and conditioning, functional fitness, martial arts, self-defense, or rehabilitation-based training. Whether you’re looking to improve overall fitness, learn new skills, build confidence, or train with purpose, your sessions will be tailored to your needs, fitness level, and goals. With over 25 years of combined experience, we provide professional, results-driven coaching designed for beginners through to advanced levels.

ladies weights & functional training

Monday & Wednesday: 9am Our Ladies Weight & Functional Training class is a results-driven small group training session designed specifically for women wanting to build strength, improve fitness, tone up, and support fat loss in a supportive environment. Combining weight training, resistance training, and functional fitness, this 60-minute class is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. With a maximum of only 7 ladies per class, members receive more personal guidance and motivation while training around school drop-off and daily schedules.

Custom Group Fitness

Time and Day on Request: Our Custom Group Classes offer flexible, personalised training designed for families, friends, sports teams, businesses, or like-minded individuals wanting to train together in a motivating environment. With a minimum of 3 people per session, these 60-minute classes can be fully customised to suit your group’s goals and fitness levels — from weight training and functional fitness to hybrid workouts, conditioning, and sport-specific training. Whether your goal is fitness, team building, strength, fat loss, or overall wellness, R-Star Fitness will create a results-driven class tailored to your group.

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 6pm Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a dynamic martial art focused on self-defense, technique, control, and confidence building. Suitable for teens and adults of all fitness and experience levels, BJJ teaches practical grappling and ground-fighting skills while improving fitness, discipline, problem-solving, and mental resilience. Whether you’re looking to learn self-defense, build confidence, compete, or become part of a supportive community, our classes provide a welcoming environment for both ladies and gents.
